It’s another Sunday Funday and this time there’s drifting AND drag-racing at Las Vegas Motorspeedway.
Ranging from hot-rods to award-winning show-cars, there’s also a plethora of new and classic import vehicles to be found.
There’s something about Santos Renovales Jr’s classic Corolla in full ‘drag’ (literally) that makes you put your thumbs up in approval. How fast does it go? One of our viewers tell us that, “it run’s 8’s”. Phew, that’s a pretty fast ‘rolla!
Sharp lines and straight corners make for timeless pieces of art made of Japanese-steel
Classic Coopers embodies a sense of nostalgia the new ones can’t begin to grasp
A mix of old and new: although the style may be different, the passion will always be the same
New machines with old souls

In a realm filled with replicas, its always a joy to see the real deal
Ran into this driver who drag-races his classic Celica. Just loved the paint scheme on it!
Little Honda on BEAST-mode
Then we head over to the drift-lot to see some fun in the sun skid-action.
Here’s its just another day for this ol’ 86 Corolla strutting around the bend and laying stripes around the corners
Here’s local driver, Mark Tecson in his S13, he’s just come back to drifting after sitting idle for quite some time
Bobby Genson’s S13 looks good, even without a hood
Edwin Aguilar’s has his wing up while lays his foot down
Like father like son, get em’ hooked early!
Inku Nam and his Z is no poser when it comes to drifting!
Here you bring the meat, on the track they get grilled til’ they’re well done

This is probably the best weather to go out and drive, so take advantage of the weather while its still cool. Until next time, keep the pages turning and them tires burning!
